Budding Gardener - In a word, this book is fantastic. Seriously. I have been stretching for a long time (think decades). As a result, I am pretty darn flexible. Or so I thought. This book introduced me to spots I didn’t know stretched (parts of my face, for example), and provided me with examples of something most other stretching instruction I have received completely lacked:

I didn’t count, but I am guessing there are over 200 different stretches in this book. It begins with a discussion of the basic terms of stretching and moves from there into a brief discussion of stretching styles. And when I say brief, I mean brief… just a couple of pages.
